November is finally here! As we embrace Fall and the temperatures drop we want to make sure our kitchen pipes are in optimal shape. We sometimes make the mistake of dropping just about anything down the garbage disposal, but did you know this could clog your pipes somewhere down the line? Grease and Waste that is hard to break up with the garbage disposal will sometimes accumulate and clog inside your kitchen sink pipes. This causes not only water to not flow, but can make unwanted odors come back out.
The simplest way to prevent a clog from happening is to dispose of scraps in the waste basket and some scraps, that can be handled, in the garbage disposal. We have compiled a lists of garbage disposal do’s and don’ts that we hope you'll find helpful:
Food wASTE FOR GARBAGE DISPOSAL
FOOD WASTE for the waste basket
